Manager, Marketing Partnerships

Each Day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Manage contracts and cadence of key Partnerships with support from Procurement, Finance and Risk
- Monitor and review NAB’s portfolio of partnerships to ensure optimal commercial and fit for purpose requirements
- Drive innovation from NAB Marketing’s key partners and establish best practice, establishing a governance framework
- Manage key stakeholder relationships: Marketing teams, Procurement, Finance, Management Assurance, Risk, Agency Stakeholders and external partners
- Driving the team to achieve financial plans.
- Delivering on the plan, including any integration objectives, transformation initiatives and realisation of agreed benefits.
- Proactively monitoring Risk & Assurance requirements within agreed Risk Appetite, providing timely management of non-compliance
- Demonstrate ongoing commitment to the continuous improvement and innovation of processes to optimise team performance whilst ensuring an integrated outcome within and across functions.
- Work across the Enterprise to maximise the effectiveness of Enterprise objectives/deliverables, educate on best practice
- Represent the team at client, industry or stakeholder forums
- Drive the desired Enterprise culture within the team through role modelling values.
We are looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for the customers. You’ll need:
- Commercial contract management and constructs (including cadence, KPIs and remuneration models)
- An understanding of Procurement and third-party governance processes
- Understanding of Martech/CX platforms and operational integration
- Experience managing large scale agency relationships (creative, media, digital, CX and integrated models)
- Demonstrated ability to work within complex Procurement frameworks (NAB or similar regulated environment)
- Experience leading or contributing to modern Marketing operating model transformations
- Experience with contract performance, commercial negotiation, and performance to contract reporting
