Senior Associate Divisional Controls (Data, Digital & AI)
- Support the management of the DD&AI risk management and represent Enterprise Controls & processes community!
- Assist the Head of DCO on special initiatives such special investigations and supports other DCO as part of development pathways on specifics such as Event Validation, Control Testing!
- Contribute to the strategic delivery of control performance of DD&AI as a Senior Associate, Divisional Controls!

In the role of Senior Associate Divisional Controls, you will join our Controls and Support Strategy (DD&AI) Team that’s doubling down on keeping it simple.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond by:
- Working on the administration of all records keeping team site for all pertinent DCO & Risk documentations (Reports, Working Papers supporting Assessments etc)
- Coordinating and maintaining the workpapers surrounding ROM across the divisions on half yearly basis
- Tracking and managing the commitments relating to Risk Cultures including organising required workshops and surveys.
- Involvement in data risk governance forum and look across (e.g., All Findings relating to data are tagged with the right attributes, all Change has gone through BDS review, etc)
- Supporting and preparing reporting insights from other DCO team (e.g. Tech DCO or FCRM team)
- Involvement in data risk governance forum and look across, and a Business Data Steward advocate when required to ascertain data risks and compliance to DDCOO Data Risk Obligations
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- Proven experience in banking data and technology, including controls and risk management
- Knowledge of risk management and compliance disciplines especially in Financial Services and emerging digital technology including cyber risk
- Experience in data governance or management disciplines
- Experience in Technology and exposure to Fraud detection
- Demonstrated experience in Customer Management knowledge experience across financial industry
- Excellent time management skills and respond to changing priorities effectively
- Ability to be resourceful and able to collaborate when solving issues with technical and business process know-how
