Senior Consultant, Property Services

In this Senior Consultant Property Services role, you will be joining the Enterprise Property team that’s doubling down on keeping it simple.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

  • Govern outsourced facilities, helpdesk and critical site operations to agreed service standards
  • Lead asset lifecycle planning aligned to enterprise property strategy and business needs
  • Provide expert facilities and operational guidance across existing, new and refurbished sites
  • Proactively manage risk, compliance and regulatory obligations across the property portfolio
  • Oversee financial governance, cost control and productivity improvement initiatives
  • Lead property response for incidents, BCP events and natural disasters
  • Drive continuous improvement and operational change across Facilities Management
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships to influence, educate and gain alignment

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

  • Strong ability to manage complex operational activities and deliver outcomes in a large enterprise environment
  • Proven experience leading projects and managing multiple, competing priorities
  • Sound judgement and problem‑solving skills across diverse and complex scenarios
  • Ability to apply enterprise strategy, risk frameworks and policies to drive quality outcomes
  • Demonstrated experience working with outsourced service providers and key stakeholders
  • Financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and drive productivity improvements
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capability across cross‑functional teams
  • Risk‑aware mindset with a strong focus on health, safety and compliance
  • Demonstrated experience governing large, complex Facilities Management contracts, including performance management, commercial negotiations, remediation planning and issue resolution.
  • Experience leading operational change, including service model refinement, scope realignment and governance uplift.
