Product Owner - HICAPS

As a Product Owner for the HICAPS Proposition & Growth squad, you will join the HICAPS team, that’s doubling down on customer obsession.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

  • Represent the voice of the customer to drive for and deliver strategic initiatives to support business growth and transformation
  • Working with Product Managers to create a strategic initiative roadmap for HICAPS
  • Lead a squad to deliver market leading customer experiences to improve NPS and support the next level of growth for HICAPS
  • Be responsible for customer outcomes, revenue, and capabilities related to new initiatives
  • Ensure product information and changes/enhancements are delivered effectively across channels which may include internal and external comms, forums, banker updates and internal product training events across all products and innovations

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need: 

  • Experience as a Product Owner in a commercial environment
  • Ideally exposure to Acquiring, Payments or the Health industry
  • Experience in identifying and articulating customer needs and interpreting complex requirements of external parties
  • Proven experience working in a similar Product Owner role in Financial Services and comfortable with technology product solutions.
  • Relentless focus on outcomes and excellent stakeholder engagement & management skills.
