Head of Digital Sales

  • Own end‑to‑end digital sales outcomes, driving conversion, sales quality and funded growth across priority journeys and products

In the role of Head of Digital Sales, you will join the Consumer Sales team that’s doubling down on customer obsession and moving with speed.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to: 

  • Own end‑to‑end digital sales performance, accountable for conversion, sales quality and funded growth across priority journeys and products.
  • Lead a product‑led digital sales function, setting clear priorities across optimisation, personalisation, content, search and assisted digital pathways.
  • Translate customer intent into sales at scale, ensuring NAB is discoverable, relevant and easy to choose at key moments in the digital journey.
  • Use data, experimentation and test‑and‑learn approaches to drive sustained improvements in digital conversion and growth.
  • Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Technology, Data, Risk and Channels to deliver outcomes at pace while balancing risk and customer experience.

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver for our customers. You’ll need:  

  • Tertiary qualified in Business or equivalent; postgraduate qualifications desirable
  • Significant experience leading digital sales or growth in a regulated industry (e.g. banking, fintech, telco)
  • Proven track record owning material revenue, conversion and growth outcomes across web and app journeys
  • Deep experience with martech, CRM, personalisation and experimentation at scale
  • Strong stakeholder leadership across Product, Technology, Marketing, Risk and Data
  • Demonstrated product‑led mindset, balancing customer experience with commercial outcomes
