Consultant, Transformation

In the role of Consultant, Transformation, you will support the design and delivery of transformation initiatives to digitise simple customer needs, improve operational efficiency and enhance customer experience.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

  • Support analysis and redesign of customer journeys and operational processes
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, standardise and digitise high-volume activities
  • Assist in development of transformation roadmaps and solution designs
  • Support delivery teams to implement changes and track outcomes
  • Contribute to insights and reporting on transformation progress and performance

We’re looking for the brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

  • 5+ years’ experience in banking, consulting, or transformation roles
  • Experience supporting projects involving process improvement, digital and operational change
  • Understanding of banking operations and customer journeys
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills (incl. pack design and commercial analysis) -mandatory
  • Understanding of digitisation, automation, process improvement, and workflow optimisation
