The Role
An exciting opportunity has become available for an organised, energetic and flexible individual to join our Property Services team as Project Manager.
Based in Sockburn, and reporting to the Manager Sockburn Region, the person will contribute to the successful and safe delivery of operations for the Painting division, through the effective management of customer relationships, administrative tasks, people, subcontractors, suppliers and scheduling to maximise Programmed Property Services customer satisfaction and profitability.

- Trade related skills in Painting (highly regarded)
- Exceptional reliability, honesty & trustworthiness
- Ability to manage ALL aspects of Project Management
- A "Can Do" attitude with clear determination
- Strong verbal communication and team leadership skills.
