Your opportunity

We are seeking to appoint a highly experienced MEP Cost Planner to join the team our Precontracts team based in the North Sydney office. This role will support NSW & ACT projects, as well as working with work winning tender application. 

  • Ability to carry out detailed measure of electrical and mechanical services
  • Ability to build rates from first principles for each cost element and labour to build up pricing for above
  • Understanding of services installation
  • Understands how to use cost planning software such as Cost X
  • Has market connections and knows how to review and negotiate with clients and subcontractors.
  • 10+ years experience

Our minimum requirements for this role are: 

  • Ideally, experience in a similar planning role;
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications;
  • Extensive experience on complex, high value projects within the Infrastructure, Building or Rail sectors;
  • Proven experience with current industry standard planning software;
  • Strong communication skills
