The Project

CPB Contractors has been selected to deliver this important project in regional South Australia. The Structural Mechanical Piping (SMP) works will consist of installation of a new overhead bridge crane along with other associated activities. This role will require you to work a FIFO 15/6 roster hiring from Adelaide.

Your Opportunity

This is a great opportunity to join Australia's leading construction contractor that is delivering some of Australia's largest projects. As a Site Administrator, you will deliver accurate and timely administration support to the Project Team. This role requires an Administration all-rounder that is comfortable conducting many administration tasks.

Our minimum requirements for this role:

  • Previous FIFO construction project experience
  • Ability to coordinate and maintain flights and rosters for site employees
  • Payroll processing experience including timekeeping, recording and reporting
  • Accounts payable experience (JDE knowledge highly desirable)
  • A personal commitment to working safely in everything you do
  • Great time management with an ability to coordinate, prioritise and manage multiple tasks
  • A willingness and ability to learn new skills and adapt to and embrace change
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook experience
  • Strong ability to develop excellent working relationships with all staff
  • Willingness to work on a 15 days on, 6 days off, Fly in-Fly out roster
