CBGU JV brings together partners CPB Contractors, BAM, Ghella and UGL to deliver the Tunnel, Stations and Development (TSD) package for Brisbane’s Cross River Rail.  Cross River Rail is a new 10.2 kilometre rail line from Dutton Park to Bowen Hills, including 5.9 kilometres of tunnel under the Brisbane River and CBD.  CBGU JV will deliver the underground works of the project, including tunnelling, four new underground stations, an over-station development at Albert Street and an above ground retail plaza at Roma Street.

Reporting to the Design Director the Digital Engineering Manager will sit within the project design team.  You will be responsible for developing the Digital Engineering strategy outlined in the Digital Engineering Management Plan and lead the implementation of Digital principles and workflows across the project.

You will be responsible for:

  • Establishing the overall Digital Engineering Strategy methodology, implementation and management of project information model.
  • Ensuring all digital content conforms to the Digital requirements and support the Digital Engineering team to achieve those requirements.
  • Selection and setup of project software and systems, supporting digital platforms and tools and facilitating usage.
  • Data coordination and review, consolidation and publishing of data for design coordination and construction reviews.

Minimum requirements for this role include the following:

  • Previous project experience as a Digital Engineering Manager or Lead.
  • A recognised degree in Engineering.
  • Team management and coaching skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management ability.
