Our Corporate Human Resources team has an exciting opportunity for a Senior HR Advisor / Advisor or HR Analyst with experience in large scale change management to join us for a 12-month parental leave cover position. This role will be dedicated to working on our HRIS transformation to Oracle HCM Cloud.

Reporting to the Deployment and Change Lead based in Brisbane, you can be based in Sydney (North Sydney) or Brisbane (Fortitude Valley). We are looking for someone ideally on a full-time basis (flexible options available) who will be responsible for:

  • Representing the business throughout the lifecycle of the Project to ensure the HR business solution and process design is met
  • Translating the HRIS requirements of the business to project peers and key stakeholders and ultimately executing the training plan
  • Supporting the integration and implementation of the Core HR and Recruitment modules, performing and coordinating test executions through the system integration testing (SIT) and user-acceptance testing (UAT) processes, as well as identifying and resolving issues along the way
  • Working with the Change and Deployment Lead to manage the change process and supporting the preparation and development of training materials and;
  • Assisting in the delivery of training and business support, pre and post go-live

To be successful in this role you will have;

  • A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Analytics or related discipline
  • Experience implementing HRISs such as Oracle HCM Cloud or SuccessFactors will be highly regarded
  • Advanced analytical, problem solving and research skills to develop innovative and cost-effective solutions to complex issues and;
  • Strong presenting and facilitation skills
