Systems Connect (an unincorporated Joint Venture between CPB Contractors and UGL Engineering) is delivering the Line-wide Works (LW Works) package of the Sydney Metro City & Southwest (SMCSW) project, which will extend Sydney Metro Northwest to the CBD and beyond to Bankstown. SMCSW is being delivered through a suite of contracts for the tunnels, stations, line-wide infrastructure and systems.
We are seeking an Experienced Project Manager to manage the strategy and delivery of the OHW package of works across the project which includes the tunnels. The Project Manager’s scope will be to support project delivery, ensuring budgetary and programming schedules are met in accordance with and compliant to contract conditions. This role will be required for the duration of the project
About the Role
The Project Manager will manage and control all project management baselines as applicable to assigned project(s), through all phases of the project lifecycle.
- Detailed review of the project scope, budget, schedule, and quality requirements as defined in the project
- Continually monitor and review key performance indicators (KPIs), implementing changes and adjustments as required, addressing variations to planned performance.
- Build and lead a diverse team across the project
- Prepare project reporting documentation and present project performance metrics and outcomes as required
- Involvement and support of all Systems Connect HSSE requirements including participation in proactive safety measures and HSSE improvement plan initiatives.

- Relevant qualifications and prior experience in large Rail infrastructure
- Proven commercial acumen
- Ability to lead and mentor a supportive high-performing team
- Ability to implement safe work systems & environmental controls.
