The Project

CPB are poised to announce the win of a large new SMPE&I package of works. Design and fabrication will begin in January 2022, with work going until 2023.

Your Opportunity

We are looking for experienced Document Controller for a major SMPE&I project based in the Pilbara. Reporting to the Document Control Manager, you will be responsible for providing effective document and data control services that ensure project management records and management system documentation are integrated, accessible, timely, collected and filed. This role will be FIFO from Perth working a 15:6 roster. 

 Our minimum requirements for this role are:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Document Control position
  • Previous Civil/SMPE&I industry project experience is desirable
  • Experience with systems, processes, and procedures
  • Experience with managing all controlled documentation
  • Experience maintaining relationships and interactions with the Engineering, Procurement, Cost and Construction leaders in the business to pass on best practices for Document Control
  • Experience in shop detail drawings and management of drawings.
