The role oversees and spearheads the major HR activities in a specific region. He/she will plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the policies, activities, and staff of the Human Resource (HR) department, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organization's mission and talent strategy.

Qualifications & experience:

  • Bachelor degree with major in HR or related field, Master’s degree is an advantage
  • Total work experience: 12+ years of experience with regional exposure
  • Knowledge of HR trends in Asian market
  • Analytical skills
  • Project management skills 
  • Strong sense of responsibility and accountability
  • Passion about people with strong willingness on delivering excellent services to internal customers

Key accountabilities:

  • Supervise and oversee the HR team, including but not limited to talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, learning & development, performance management and employee relations
  • Review HR policies, procedures and workflow to ensure they are in compliance with company policies and local regulations
  • Create and put into action HR initiatives and strategies that are in line with the overall business plan
  • Create and keep track of the organization's overall HR strategies, methods, tactics, and procedures
  • Act as an L&D Professional to oversee and manage all training and development programs and provide practical and professional advice
  • Provide strategic planning and enhance learning & talent development framework
  • Design corporate training and leadership development programmes for executives
  • Work closely with relevant parties internally and externally for striving excellence
