Your Opportunity

We are currently seeking expressions of interest for senior Safety & Health professionals/executives to support our major civil construction projects in Melbourne.

As the Safety & Health Director you will be accountable for:

  • Developing and embedding the SH strategy across the project
  • Championing a culture that prioritises safety
  • Maintaining productive relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements and all relevant company business standards, processes and policies

Our minimum requirements for this role are:

  • Demonstrated experience at the Executive level in managing the SH function in a large and complex organization
  • Experience delivering culture change programs will be highly regarded.
  • Experience leading large teams, ideally in a matrix environment
  • Tertiary qualifications in OHS and/or Environment
  • Civil Construction or related industry experience is preferred.
