The Opportunity The focus of this role will be to provide strategic and functional expertise in the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle HCM across all business required modules to support Thiess’ global HR operations and deliver value back to our People. This role ensures that Oracle HCM is configured and used effectively to meet business needs, enable global consistency, comply with local legislative requirements, and deliver accurate workforce insights.
To support contract governance and performance management through data-driven insights, ensuring compliance with commercial terms and enabling proactive cost and value optimisation across supplier agreements.
Responsible for developing and maintaining system integrations and components including application to application integrations, services, internal and external API, file transfer, and EDI and SQL queries. Participating in requirements analysis and decomposition, design, development, internal testing, and the documentation of same for the application-application integrations. Primary responsibilities will also include troubleshooting existing integrations and providing technical support to the development team.
