About the role:

• Provide exceptional, personalised service across Dior’s skincare, makeup, and fragrance categories
• Build genuine and lasting client relationships through expert advice, clienteling, and follow-up service
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team performance
• Maintain strong product knowledge, staying up to date with new launches, brand stories, and beauty trends
• Deliver luxury experiences aligned with Dior’s service standards and brand values
• Ensure the counter is visually immaculate and merchandised according to Dior guidelines
• Assist with stock management including restocking, inventory checks, and accurate product handling
• Support and participate in Dior events, activations, and new product launches
• Work collaboratively with the team to foster a positive, professional, and high-performance culture
• Represent the elegance and sophistication of the House of Dior through polished grooming and a confident, brand-ambassador presence
