Counter Manager | Myer Bondi
Permanent Part-Time | 28 Hours Per Week

As an Hermès Beauty Counter Manager, you will lead with elegance and expertise, inspiring your team to deliver exceptional luxury experiences. You’ll drive sales performance, cultivate meaningful client relationships, and ensure the counter reflects the sophistication of Hermès.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and develop the team to deliver elevated luxury client experiences.
• Drive sales results and achieve counter targets through strong leadership and strategy.
• Uphold Hermès’ exceptional standards in service, presentation, and brand storytelling.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalised consultations and follow-up.
• Act as a brand ambassador, confidently sharing product knowledge across fragrance and beauty.
• Oversee visual merchandising to ensure the counter reflects the elegance of Hermès.
• Manage stock, inventory, and replenishment to support seamless operations.
• Plan and execute in-store events and product launches.
• Partner with MYER leadership and brand stakeholders to achieve business goals.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement actions to continuously improve results.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards.
