Myer Group is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to help drive data-led decision making across our Supply Chain function. In this role, you will leverage data, insights, and performance metrics to identify trends, optimise operations, and support strategic initiatives aligned to Myer Group's business objectives. You will be responsible for analysing supply chain performance, developing actionable recommendations, and partnering with stakeholders to improve efficiency, service levels, inventory outcomes, and operational effectiveness.
About the Role:
- Provide detailed analysis of production and commercial data, providing reports, solutions and subsequent actions.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver commercial and process improvements that positively impact Myer business functions, suppliers, and vendors
- Initiate and implement process and system efficiencies to reduce ongoing costs.
- Support International & Domestic Supply Chain functions as required.
- Support Supply Chain Development and Systems functions as required.
- Support Merchandise teams to enable efficient stock flow by resolving system and process related issues
About You:
- 2+ years experience in a Supply Chain, Data or Analytical focused role
- Tertiary qualifications or experience in Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Logistics or Business Analytics highly advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate with diverse stakeholder groups to achieve appropriate outcomes
- Ability to manipulate data to assist with analysis, reporting and highlight anomalies for actions
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously, follow direction but also collaborate as a team
- Proactive & fast learner with a passion for Supply Chain
