What does the job look like?

Linfox is a leading provider of logistics and supply chain solutions, delivering essential goods across Australia with a strong focus on safety, innovation, and operational excellence. We are currently seeking an experienced Storeperson/Forklift Driver to join our Botany operations. This permanent day shift role requires a proactive and safety-focused individual who can work within a specialised environment to support warehousing and distribution operations within this contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a high reach forklift to efficiently move, stack, and retrieve goods
• Pick and pack orders using RF scanner with accuracy to meet customer and operational requirements
• Work collaboratively within a team to ensure smooth warehouse operations
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
• Adhere to all workplace health and safety policies and procedures

• Valid LF Forklift Licence
• Proven high reach forklift experience (up to 9 meters high)
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and best practices
• Ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
