What does the job look like?

Are you a motivated leader ready to drive results on the frontline of warehousing and transport operations? Based in Bentley, WA, the PM Operations Supervisor oversees the afternoon and night shift teams to ensure operational efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction. This role is a unique opportunity to inspire people, lead improvement initiatives, and deliver value in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. Key requirements;

  • Manage PM and night shift warehouse staff and drivers to meet daily service targets.
  • Lead a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with all regulatory and client requirements.
  • Partner closely with customers to enhance service levels and performance outcomes.
  • Monitor KPIs and cost drivers, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate the efficient receipt and despatch of goods while supporting transport operations.
  • Build a positive, team-based culture and foster strong working relationships across the board.

Are you the one?

We’re seeking a hands-on, safety-focused leader with a passion for operational success. If you're solutions-driven, experienced in warehouse or transport environments, and ready to make your mark, this role is your next step forward. You can demonstrate;

  • Previous experience in warehousing or transport, ideally in a supervisory capacity.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, including team development.
  • Confident in managing safety, compliance, and performance in shift-based operations.
  • Knowledge of warehouse systems, including SAP or RF systems (desirable).
  • Proven ability to manage costs, drive improvements, and meet KPIs.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
