What does the job look like?

We’re looking for an experienced Transport Supervisor to join our team in Maddington, WA, and play a critical role in managing day-to-day transport operations.

In this permanent, full-time position, you’ll oversee the performance of our fleet and driver workforce, ensuring every delivery meets compliance standards and customer expectations. You’ll take ownership of P&L outcomes, balancing cost efficiency with service quality, and you’ll work closely with customers and subcontractors to maintain strong, long-term relationships.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Driving a safety-first culture by ensuring compliance with Chain of Responsibility (COR) and quality requirements.
  • Managing operational performance and budgets, with a focus on cost control and organic growth.
  • Leading and developing drivers, providing coaching and support to build a high-performing team.
  • Optimising resources and equipment to deliver productive outcomes and meet service targets.
  • Implementing policies and procedures that promote continuous improvement and operational excellence.
