What does the job look like?
Linfox partners with leading resources and industrial companies, delivering specialised logistics services nationwide. We are seeking a Training & Compliance Coordinator to support our Newman operations by coordinating and maintaining accurate training and compliance records for Linfox employees and subcontractor partners.
This role is residential and based in Newman, working Monday to Friday, with flexibility on start and finish times. We are open to flexible working arrangements to help accommodate home and family responsibilities, making this a great opportunity for an experienced administrator looking for stability, flexibility and career development in a regional location.
Key areas:
- Coordinate role-specific and mandatory training requirements in line with training matrices and customer requirements
- Maintain accurate training and compliance records across learning and compliance systems
- Coordinate external training, medical assessments and licences with providers and RTOs
- Support compliance audits and assist with the resolution of non-conformances
- Deliver site-specific, non-accredited training and inductions as required
- Investigate and resolve training or compliance-related issues in collaboration with key stakeholders
