  • Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and relevant compliance and regulatory frameworks

We are looking for a highly motivated and organised individual who can prioritise tasks against tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You can demonstrate:

  • Previous experience in a Customer Service or Administration role within the FMCG, pharmaceutical, or healthcare supply chain industries
  • Proficiency with SAP and exposure to CRM platforms
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations

  • 12 weeks paid parental leave and return to work bonus for eligible employees
  • Career development opportunities and mentoring programs
  • Access to a range of benefits across dining and adventure, travel and health and well-being
