The Faculty of Education and Arts (FEA) comprises of two National Schools – the National School of Education and the National School of Arts. The Faculty of Education and Arts is recognised nationally and internationally as a leader in teacher education and educational leadership, and for its rapidly rising profile in the humanities and social sciences, especially in the disciplines of history, politics and international relations, and sociology.
The Associate Dean (Learning Teaching and Governance) supports the Executive Dean and Faculty Executive by providing high level academic leadership and management to ensure excellence and quality of student-centered learning experiences in Faculty programs and other course related activities within the Faculty, in accordance with the strategic plan of the University. Total remuneration valued to 165,130 to $181,771 pa including salary component $139,902 to $154,125 pa (Academic Level D) or $212,205 pa, including salary component $180,212 pa (Academic Level E), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading. Salary and Academic Level will be commensurate with qualifications, skills and experience of the successful candidate.
