We are seeking a passionate and experienced professional to join our energetic and influential Learning and Development team. Together we will partner with the University to develop innovative, world-class and whole person learning solutions. Learning solutions which will maximise the careers of staff at ACU, assist with the achievement of ACU’s strategic plan and achieve a genuine return on investment.
You will consult with managers, HR Business Partnering teams and learners to recommend appropriate learning solutions; coordinate a portfolio of learning and development projects; and ensure materials are fit for purpose and consistent with current legislative and policy requirements.

Total remuneration valued to $101,111 - $109,432 pa, including salary component $85,440 - $92,471 pa (Higher Education Worker Level 7), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
