The Governance Directorate is responsible for oversight of the governance activities and responsibilities of Australian Catholic University Limited and ensures accountability, fairness and transparency in ACU’s interaction with its internal and external stakeholders.
As Senior Project Manager, you will lead the Records & Information Management Project to effectively deliver agreed outcomes on time and within budget. You will:
• work collaboratively with business units across the organisation to understand current record keeping structures, practices and processes• develop, manage and action comprehensive project plans and associated documentation• identify, manage and resolve business risk, issues and conflicts for the Project• maintain effective oversight of Project progress and ensure the delivery of key Project outcomes.
You will need to demonstrate:
• relevant postgraduate qualifications and/or significant demonstrated project management experience in the field of record keeping / information management• demonstrated skills in problem solving, evidence-based decision-making and seeking effective outcomes to meet business requirements• highly developed communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to negotiate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders• demonstrated ability to prepare complex reports and submissions to influence decision-making.

Total remuneration valued to $130,748 - $139,915 pa, including salary component $110,516 - $118,009 pa (Higher Education Worker Level 9), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
