ACU College is the Australian Catholic University’s centre for delivering nationally accredited Vocational Education and Training (VET) qualifications and short courses in Melbourne, Regional Victoria, Queensland, and the Australian Capital Territory (ACT).
About the position
We are currently seeking casual Trainers and Assessors in Allied Health to deliver the VCE VET Health course to students in Years 10-12 as part of a VET Delivered in Schools program. ACU College provides trainers to secondary schools in Melbourne’s Northern and Western regions to teach Certificate III in Allied Health Assistance.
We have experienced significant growth in this exciting new program which offers secondary school students’ opportunities for pathways into further health studies. Students receive a VET qualification and the option of a contribution towards their VCE ATAR score.
The ideal candidate will enjoy being part of a small hardworking team and be passionate about teaching that engages a young cohort.
