Join Our Team This Christmas Season
We are seeking an organised and proactive Christmas Recruitment Coordinator to join our People & Culture team on a 3-month fixed-term contract. Based onsite at our Support Office on St Kilda Road, you will play a key role in delivering our seasonal recruitment campaign for two of Australia's most loved retail brands, Peter Alexander and Smiggle.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering a successful Christmas recruitment program by attracting, screening and onboarding talented Sales Assistants across our retail network.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment of Christmas Sales Assistants across the business
- Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews with applicants
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with Regional Managers
- Communicate recruitment outcomes to unsuccessful candidates in a professional and timely manner
- Manage and triage the Christmas recruitment inbox
- Prepare employment offers and coordinate new starter documentation
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous customer service or administrative experience
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
