Drive the future of digital procurement at Aurizon 

Aurizon is seeking a motivated and collaborative SAP Ariba Supplier Enablement Specialist to play a key role in our procurement transformation journey. Working within our Governance & Procurement Systems team, you will help drive supplier adoption of SAP Ariba and the SAP Business Network while supporting system optimisation, stakeholder engagement and business-wide capability uplift.  

About the role 

This role sits at the intersection of Procurement, Technology and Supplier Management. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers and system partners to enhance procurement processes, improve user experiences and maximise the value delivered through our digital procurement platforms.  

Key responsibilities include: 

• Driving supplier onboarding and adoption of SAP Ariba and the SAP Business Network.  

• Managing Guided Buying content, forms and supplier catalogues.  

• Supporting the delivery of system enhancements and new feature releases.  

• Developing reporting and insights on supplier enablement and benefits realisation.  

• Delivering training, communication and change management initiatives to support adoption.  

• Acting as a key liaison between Procurement, IT, suppliers and business stakeholders.  

About you 

You are a proactive professional who enjoys working with both people and technology. You have strong stakeholder engagement skills and can translate business needs into practical solutions that improve systems, processes and user adoption.  

You will ideally bring: 

• Experience working with SAP Ariba, SAP Business Network or similar procurement platforms.  

• Experience in procurement systems, procurement operations, business systems or digital transformation environments.  

• Strong project coordination and change management capability.  

• Advanced Excel, Power BI or reporting tool experience.  

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.  

• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.  

Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Guided Buying, Supplier Lifecycle & Performance or supplier enablement activities will be highly regarded.
