Masterpet is seeking a pet passionate Brand Manager to support the continual growth of their VitaPet brand.
Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, you will play a key role in driving innovation within a key segment of the portfolio and delivering activation of the brand across all touchpoints including retail, events and consumer communications. With the ability to own a pivotal component of the VitaPet portfolio, you will be responsible for leveraging insight to drive growth and strong ROI.

What you will do:
Deliver NPD projects within the strategic plan and incorporate into the brand planning process annually;
Further develop the innovation funnel through participation in customer centric research and data interrogation;
Deliver activation to market across multiple channels;
Collaborate and contribute to annual brand planning;
Engage with agency partners to create bold, disruptive, and unmissable communications across multi-platforms and amplify across a range of digital channels;
Develop partnerships with key sponsorship properties, events and key influencers in the marketplace;
Management of the digital platform including website, social and blogs;
Day to day A&P budget ownership;
Deliver agreed brand share metrics and be the expert on your brand performance.
What we are looking for:
Prior experience working in a Brand Management role within a similar industry;
Strong project management skills;
Collaborative approach and proven track record of leading/co-ordinating cross-functional project teams;
Ability to analyse multiple data sources and draw insight;
Strategic mindset and high potential for future development.
