The opportunity:
EBOS Group is looking for a highly experienced and committed SAP Security Consultant. In this role you will be given the opportunity to make a tangible contribution to the continued innovation and success of the company.
You will be part of an exciting large greenfield S/4HANA implementation program in ensuring the appropriate roles and authorisations are designed, built and tested. You will also review the current security framework, roles and authorisations and come up with an assessment / action plan to remediate as per SAP security best practice.
What you will do:
o Ability to manage the business demands and deliver smaller projects once the solution is in a BAU state.
o Analyse SAP Governance, Risk and Compliance across all business areas, with particular emphasis on Access Control
o As an experienced SAP Security Expert you will support the business by designing, maintaining and enhancing the company’s SAP S/4 HANA security roles and authorisations framework that aligns to business processes.
o You will collaborate with business system owners, third-party software providers and SAP Support teams including Basis and Development to integrate security and to ensure the best solutions are provided and that they are in line with our Group policy.
What we are looking for:
· Core: Extensive experience in User and Role administration in S/4 HANA & FIORI Hands-on experience with Role creation (Master/Derived/Single/Composite roles), authorisations and objects for access management and authorisation control. Performed user administration activities such as creating, deleting, lock/unlocking users, and resetting passwords, maintaining logon data and assigning roles to the users. Running risk analysis on role level and user level. Developed various SOD reports for users & roles and cleaned up existing roles with conflicting actions. Experience in creating CHARM ID and transporting the generated roles.
· Fiori Knowledge:
o Experience in the concepts of S/4 HANA Fiori, the creation of Fiori roles, creation of Catalogs and Groups in Fiori, and the mapping of Fiori App Catalog ID and group ID in security roles to provide access to users for specific Fiori App tile access.
o Expertise in transporting security specific changes related to designed Fiori app across non-PRD and PRD environments.
o Involvement in Role administration to include Catalogs, Groups, T-Code and OData Services.
o Experience of tracing error logs for missing services and backend authorisations.
o Configuration of Catalogs, Tiles and assignment to the role
o Adding and activating of OData Services.
· SAP Support Experience
o Ability to manage the business demands and deliver smaller projects once the solution is in a BAU state.
o Analyse SAP Governance, Risk and Compliance across all business areas, with particular emphasis on Access Control
o Form good working relationships with the business
o Resolve business issues within defined SLAs
o Demonstrate ongoing drive to continuously expand one’s own professional capabilities to fuel the continued/ongoing growth and success of the S/4 HANA platform and business goals.
o Demonstrate an active interest in identifying further opportunities to add value to the SAP solution.
o Internal and external stakeholder management skills with the ability to credibly communicate, negotiate and influence strategic outcomes with senior business stakeholders.
o Collaborative mindset to work with our SAP Platform team and help to challenge each other with new ideas to ensure we are delivering the best outcome for our stakeholders.
o Confidence and capability to create SAP solutions from requirements gathering to an enterprise scale solution.
o Strong problem-solving skills to drive resolution of defects and issues by understanding customer needs and presenting options to resolve the problem.
o Proven ability to deliver high quality solution within tight timescales.
o Solid understanding of Project Management Practices: AGILE, Waterfall, SAP ACTIVATE
Experience of SDLC and ITSD tools such as Jira / 4Me and Azure DevOps.
