Your role will encompass

• A la carte dining & beverage services for guests
• Preparation of beverages
• Ensuring that all items and services provided will meet and exceed the expectations of each guest
• Setting & clearing of tables
• Assisting our guests with menu and beverage selection

In order to hit the ground running, you will have

• 3 years plus experience in Fine dining and/or 5 Star Hotel Service
• Strong barista experience 

• An ability to demonstrate sound knowledge of wines, beverage and spirits

• Effective inter-personal and communication skills
• Impeccable presentation and grooming
• Sound Knowledge of OH&S & hygiene
• Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate - RSA
• Flexible availability to work a variety of shifts across a 7 day week roster
• Your own transportation is essential
