The Role

A range of shifts will be available 7 days per week to cover leave.  Your main responsibilities will include:

• • Providing assistance to the head chef
  • Food preparation, including sandwiches
  • General kitchen cleaning duties

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate

• • A passion for quality food and customer service
  • A Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
  • Previous experience with high volume bulk cooking
  • Previous experience in fast paced commercial kitchens
  • Understanding of WH&S and HACAP food safety practices
  • An ability to work as part of a great team
  • Have excellent attention to detail
