School of Curriculum, Teaching and Inclusive Education

Lecturer in Primary Literacy Education - Level B (Full-time / Continuing appointment)

Successful candidates will have the capacity to undertake teaching and research within primary literacy education in the Faculty. This spans across age groups with a focus on early childhood and primary sectors and may encompass first and/or English as an additional language and literacy acquisition and instruction, digital literacies, community partnerships and creativity.

Teaching Fellow/Senior Teaching Fellow – Primary Literacy - Level A/B (Part-time, fraction (0.6) / 3-year fixed-term appointment)

This position will be appointed as either a Teaching Fellow or Senior Teaching Fellow where you will be expected to actively contribute to teaching and learning at undergraduate level in primary literacy education. To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate initiative and collaboration in educational practice and maintain scholarship to develop understandings of primary literacy teaching and learning.

School of Educational Psychology and Counselling

Lecturer in Learning and Teaching - Level B (Full-time / Continuing appointment)

The ideal candidate will have the capacity to design and deliver core units in the initial teacher education programs with a focus on human development, cognition and learning theory with implications for teaching practice. We are looking for someone who can conduct cutting-edge research associated with designing, implementing, and evaluating instructional practice that enhances student learning.
