The Opportunity
Join the Monash Business School as a Student Project and Events Coordinator, where you’ll play a vital role in enhancing the student experience across multiple campuses. This position offers the chance to drive impactful student events, support key programs like the Master of Indigenous Business Leadership (MoIBL), and contribute to operational excellence in student services.
The Role
As the successful candidate, you will coordinate student-facing events and student service and support related projects, as well as contributing to a range of key engagement activities and events across the student life cycle. Additionally, you'll support the Master of Indigenous Business Leadership Course Directors and teaching teams, and coordinate support initiatives for this cohort of students.

You have strong administration skills and can create and manage effective processes. Your excellent organisational abilities help you prioritise, manage time, and meet deadlines. You’re dedicated to superior customer service and can work both independently and as part of a team. With sharp analytical and problem-solving skills, you communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Excellence in process and timely support to students and staff is crucial.
