Remuneration: $83,424 - $95,825 pa HEW Level 05 (plus 17% employer superannuation) from 1 June 2025

The Opportunity
Join the Department of Paediatrics as Executive Assistant to the Head of Department and senior academic leaders and be at the heart of a busy and high-performing environment, supporting innovative research and teaching that improves children’s lives.
This is a dynamic role where you’ll be a trusted advisor and go-to person who keeps things moving behind the scenes from coordinating major events, managing complex communications or supporting strategic committees and projects, you’ll bring energy, precision and a proactive mindset to everything you do.
Success in this role calls for a relevant qualification or equivalent experience, combined with strong executive support skills and a confident command of communication and organisation. The ability to manage shifting priorities, coordinate multiple stakeholders and produce high-quality written material is also essential.
