The Opportunity

The Education Policy, Governance and Reviews Manager is responsible for ensuring the effective governance and quality assurance of education activities within the Faculty of Arts. This role supports the strategic development and integration of education policies and procedures, fostering excellence in academic standards and facilitating continuous improvement across the Faculty’s educational programs and governance frameworks.

The role provides professional leadership in delivering high-quality administrative and customer services, ensuring compliance with university policies and governance standards. You will manage the coordination of academic and coursework reviews, oversee quality assurance for education portfolio committees. Additionally, you will maintain effective communication of governance information and build strong collaborative relationships across faculties and stakeholders.

As the successful candidate, you will demonstrate extensive expertise in governance management and policy development, preferably within higher education. You will exhibit strong planning and organisational abilities to manage shifting priorities effectively.  Your capacity to engage and influence diverse stakeholders, coupled with sharp analytical thinking and advanced proficiency in business management software, will be essential for success in this role.
