The Opportunity

Join the Risk and Compliance Unit as a Senior Risk and Compliance Adviser.

The Senior Risk and Compliance Adviser leads engagement with stakeholders across faculties, divisions, and international campuses to embed risk and compliance in planning and delivery. The role integrates risk and compliance expertise with advanced analytics and effective written and verbal communication to deliver insight-rich reporting and support decision-making. The role strengthens control environments and influences cross-functional working groups.

As the successful candidate you will be responsible for providing strategic advice and support across enterprise risk management and regulatory compliance, aligning methodologies, taxonomies, and reporting cycles. Additionally, you will build unified dashboards (risk, compliance, incidents, control testing); perform trend and predictive analysis; develop leading and lagging indicators.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong educational background or substantial relevant skills and work experience. The role requires a bachelor qualification in law, business, risk/governance, economics, commerce, engineering, analytics, information systems; or certifications in risk and compliance; or extensive and relevant experience and expertise; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
