The Opportunity
Join a leading university committed to delivering excellence in Paramedicine education and research. We are seeking an outstanding academic to join our team at either Lecturer or Senior Lecturer level, depending on experience and qualifications. This position will play a key part in shaping the next generation of paramedics through innovative teaching, clinical engagement and scholarly activity. The role contributes to the ongoing development of world-class curriculum, learning experiences and research initiatives that support the growth and advancement of the paramedicine profession.
Working as part of a dynamic and collaborative academic team, this position will lead and contribute to course design, coordinate programs, deliver engaging lectures and tutorials and supervise honours and postgraduate research students. You will have the opportunity to develop your research profile, contribute to publications and engage in cross-disciplinary collaborations that influence the strategic direction of paramedicine education and practice at both national and international levels.
We are seeking candidates with a doctoral or master’s qualification in a relevant discipline and current or eligible registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency. The ideal appointee will bring strong clinical experience, a record of teaching and research achievement and the ability to work effectively across academic and service settings.
