The Opportunity
The Alumni Engagement team has an exciting opportunity for an Alumni Engagement Adviser.
The Alumni Engagement Adviser supports the delivery of data driven programs and opportunities to over 500,000 alumni to demonstrate the benefits of a lifelong relationship with Monash to create impact for alumni and the university.
As the successful candidate you will be responsible for collaborating with colleagues across Monash to build a data and insights culture to understand the alumni community at scale, with particular reference to supporting the delivery of value based programs and opportunities. Further, you will collaborate and build relationships with key colleagues within Advancement, and with faculties and divisions of the University as needed, to provide a coordinated approach to alumni engagement both at a local and international level.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong educational background or substantial relevant skills and work experience. The role requires a degree qualification in Business, Marketing, or International Relations, with subsequent relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
