The Opportunity
Monash Residential Services (MRS) provides a diverse range of accommodation options to students. We are currently seeking to appoint a driven and passionate Residential Support Engagement and Development Manager.
This role is ideal for an individual with a strong background in operational management, and experience supporting large, complex customer communities. As a key member of our leadership group, you will make a significant contribution to strategic planning and the delivery of an exceptional residential experience for our on-campus student population.
In this position, you will lead the development and implementation of processes, programs and projects that foster engagement, strengthen community, and enhance the overall residential experience. You will also be responsible for building a high-performing team culture characterised by trust, collaboration and service excellence.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership and people-management capability, a commitment to customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain effective partnerships with a wide range of stakeholders.
