The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Payment Services Officer to join the team, this person will provide a high-quality administrative service to support the effective operation of the Payment Services Division. This individual will have previous exposure to applying tax laws, policies and the highest standard of customer service. This role includes a strong focus on excellence in process and judgement along with sound and timely advice to support all stakeholders, including students, academics, professional staff, vendors and the general public. This includes implementing a range of services relating to quality expense management service delivery and vendor payment services.

Reporting to the Payment Services Team Leader, this role will have a focus on Accounts Payable duties, such as processing of overseas and local supplier invoices, payroll payment and accounting documentation etc.

While maintaining excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, this role will need to comply with University policy and procedures, and taxation and audit requirements along with the highest standard of customer service.
