The Opportunity

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and service-driven professional to join our Graduate Research team as a Graduate Research Scholarships Officer.

In this pivotal role, you’ll support the effective administration and management of graduate research scholarships, ensuring smooth processes and outstanding service delivery. You’ll work closely with students, faculty, and other stakeholders, providing expert advice and maintaining compliance across all scholarship-related activities.

What you’ll do:

  • Deliver a range of administrative services including policy advice, process management, committee support and reporting
  • Provide timely and accurate guidance to students and faculty on scholarship compliance and procedures
  • Maintain high standards of customer service, confidentiality and data integrity
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and uphold service excellence
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations

Your success will require:

  • A tertiary qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Strong administrative, numerical and computing skills
  • Experience with systems like SAP and Callista
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality
