The Opportunity

Join Enterprise Education and the mRNA Workforce Training Centre as a Senior Project Coordinator.

The Senior Project Coordinator plays a key role in coordinating and delivering a range of complex administrative and project activities across Enterprise Education and the mRNA Workforce Training Centre. The role focuses on ensuring the efficient administration and continuous improvement of Professional Development Education (PDE) programs, including coordination with industry partners to support timely and accurate course delivery

As the successful candidate you will be responsible for coordinating, administering and overseeing the delivery of high-quality programs, services, and projects, ensuring systems and processes are implemented effectively and completed in line with University policies, best practices, agreed standards, and timeframes. Further, you will act as a key liaison point and subject matter expert in relation to the Monash PDE Platform. Leading the administration of PDE programs, ensuring content and design elements align with defined standards and style guides to deliver a consistent and high-quality experience.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong educational background or substantial relevant skills and work experience. The role requires a degree qualification in a relevant field with extensive relevant experience; or extensive experience and management expertise in technical or administrative fields; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
