The Opportunity
The Institute for Safety Compensation and Recovery Research (ISCRR), a collaboration between Monash University and WorkSafe Victoria, is at the forefront of improving workplace health, safety, and recovery outcomes. Since 2009, ISCRR has pioneered an innovative research model that transforms evidence into action—helping people lead healthier lives.
We are seeking a Research Fellow (Level B) to join our dynamic Research and Evaluation team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to multidisciplinary research that influences policy and practice in occupational health and safety, rehabilitation, and compensation.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct high-quality research and evidence reviews that shape safer workplaces.
- Collaborate with experts to design studies, analyse complex data, and deliver impactful insights.
- Prepare research outputs, proposals, and publications to the highest standards.
- Manage key data resources and support knowledge translation for real-world impact.
What We’re Looking For:
- A doctoral qualification or equivalent research experience.
- Expertise in evidence reviews and systematic research methods.
- Strong analytical and statistical skills, with a proven publication record.
- Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
