ABC Classic is looking for a Senior Music Producer to lead our national music production team. This is a key leadership role where you’ll manage a talented, national team of Music Producers and oversee the production of live and studio recordings ensuring the highest standards in audio quality and production processes. You'll be a natural communicator, able to cultivate and encourage a culture of excellence within the team, and to collaborate across divisions to deliver outstanding content for audiences nationwide.

You’ll bring:

  • Expert communication skills and the ability to influence and collaborate across ABC departments, and with external stakeholders as required.
  • Proven experience in team leadership, and the ability to engage proactively with direct reports and embed a positive team culture.
  • A deep and practical understanding of classical music and industry leading practices in recording and broadcasting.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and project management and overseeing or implementing complex systems and workflows.
  • The availability to work some weekend or after‑hours, as required to support events and key content activities.
