Your Impact
As On Premise Key Account Manager, you will play a critical role in driving revenue, profitability and long-term growth across Asahi’s key national On Premise customers. Based in Sydney, you’ll own strategic relationships, partner closely with internal teams and customers, and deliver commercially impactful plans that create value for both Asahi and our customers.
Key Accountabilities
- Manage and grow relationships with key national On Premise accounts and internal stakeholders.
- Lead joint business planning, aligning customer and Asahi strategies to unlock growth.
- Develop and execute annual account plans in partnership with Sales Operations, Category and Marketing.
- Negotiate and optimise trading terms, pricing and promotional activity.
- Identify new opportunities to drive category growth, innovation and customer value.
- Deliver against sales, revenue and profitability targets aligned to national strategy.
- Monitor performance, track ROI and continuously refine plans to improve outcomes.
- Ensure strong execution in market, including activation, compliance and field priorities.
- Build deep customer insights, understanding economic drivers and venue performance.
- Resolve customer issues in collaboration with supply chain and support functions.
- Lead by example, contributing to a high-performance, collaborative sales culture.
About You
- Proven experience managing major accounts within sales or account management roles.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience negotiating and closing contracts.
- Ability to deliver results through a structured, data-driven approach.
- Experience in strategic account planning and revenue management.
- Strong analytical capability with advanced financial literacy.
- Skilled in stakeholder management, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in FMCG, liquor or hospitality (preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to manage execution, compliance and performance outcomes.
- Strong project management capability with a focus on delivery and results.
