As a Nurse Unit Manager, you will leverage your clinical expertise to oversee the delivery of high-quality care and contribute to the leadership and development of our dedicated nursing staff. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage nursing services, staff allocation, and patient care delivery.
  • Support recruitment, selection, and staff development initiatives.
  • Oversee financial, resource, and risk management processes.
  • Drive quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes.
  • Provide after-hours oversight, managing patient flow and staffing.
  • Foster a collaborative environment focused on professional growth.

What We're Looking For:

  • Registered Nurse with a minimum of 3 years post-registration experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in residential aged care management, including financial and resource oversight.
  • Expertise in fostering staff development and driving consumer engagement.
  • Sound knowledge of aged care standards, ACFI, and healthcare quality improvement.
