About the role

The Administrative Officer is responsible to the Senior Coordinator, PPP Central Administration Team for undertaking administrative services that supports the centralised outpatient booking service for SA Medical Imaging (SAMI).

The role undertakes the triaging of booking requests for SAMI PPP and provides high quality information and assistance to customers via telephone, face-to-face and e-mail in compliance with standards, policies and work instructions. 

The Administrative Officer works collaboratively with Team members and administrative staff across SAMI and with a range of internal and external stakeholders relative to the Private Provider Panel contractual arrangements.
